Transportation pricing is based on one-way routes only.

To receive an accurate quote, clients must book a consultation.
Consultation & Research Fee
A non-refundable $49.99 research and planning fee is required prior to receiving a customized quote.
This fee:
Covers itinerary research, vendor coordination, and pricing confirmation
Will be applied toward your booking total if you secure your booking within 7 days of receiving your quote
If you choose not to move forward with Cherish Your Travel, the research fee remains non-refundable.
Booking & Deposit Policy
All excursions, events, transportation services, and activities require a deposit to secure your date.
Deposit schedule:
30+ Days Before Trip/Event: 50% deposit required
7–29 Days Before Trip/Event: 80% deposit required
Less Than 7 Days: Full payment required + applicable rush fee (based on vendor rates)
All deposits are required to confirm services.
