Private transportation includes licensed, experienced tour guides, professional chauffeurs, and security personnel to ensure a safe, smooth, and luxury travel experience throughout your stay.

To receive an accurate quote, clients must book a consultation.
Please note that all excursion bookings must include transportation through our services. This policy is in place to ensure your safety, guarantee timely arrivals to the correct locations, and keep all guests on the same schedule.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate bookings for guests who have arranged their own personal drivers.
Consultation & Research Fee
A non-refundable $49.99 research and planning fee is required prior to receiving a customized quote.
This fee:
Covers itinerary research, vendor coordination, and pricing confirmation
Will be applied toward your booking total if you secure your booking within 7 days of receiving your quote
If you choose not to move forward with Cherish Your Travel, the research fee remains non-refundable.
Booking & Deposit Policy
All excursions, events, transportation services, and activities require a deposit to secure your date.
Deposit schedule:
30+ Days Before Trip/Event: 50% deposit required
7–29 Days Before Trip/Event: 80% deposit required
Less Than 7 Days: Full payment required + applicable rush fee (based on vendor rates)
All deposits are required to confirm services.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy (Transportation Services)
All transportation bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service are not permitted, except in the case of a verified emergency.
All payments are non-refundable but transferable. In the event you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to a future date or another party, subject to availability and approval.
Please note that pricing is based on the total number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. In the event that a guest is unable to attend or drops out, the total price will remain unchanged.
Once your booking is confirmed, accommodations are made specifically for your group size. This may include reserving additional vehicles or coordinating extra drivers. As a result, last-minute cancellations or changes may incur charges due to these prior arrangements.
