Full Itinerary Planning – day-by-day trip outline tailored to your preferences

Transportation Organization – flights, trains, transfers, car rentals, or other ground transport options

Accommodation Research – hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or unique stays

Activity and Excursion Recommendations – tours, dining, cultural experiences, and local highlights

Booking Assistance – support with reservations for flights, lodging, and activities

Travel Guidance – visa requirements, travel insurance, packing tips, and destination insights

One Round of Revisions – adjustments to ensure the itinerary fits your needs

Customer Support- booking during and after trip,provides documents,updates changes.

Fee Goes Towards Your Booking Deposit if Secured 7 days After Quote.

Important Notes

The fee is non-refundable and covers the time and expertise invested in research, planning, and coordination.

If you proceed with booking through us, the fee may be applied toward your final travel package (optional, depending on agency policy). If you secure your booking within 7 days of receiving quote.

Additional revisions or complex multi-destination planning may require an additional fee.

8. Transportation Preferences
Do you need flights included? Are you looking for airport transfers, a personal driver, car rental, or local transport info?

Hotel, resort, Airbnb, all-inclusive, luxury, budget-friendly?

Any special requests, celebrations (birthday, anniversary, honeymoon), dietary needs, accessibility concerns, or must-haves?

Please note consultation fee is non refundable, and will go towards any other bookings. (At my discretion) Please allow 3-7 business days to receive a full quote. Via email. That was provided after quote you have 48 hours to put down deposit to keep rate the same

I will organize a 30 minute phone call if needed is to ask general questions and get details based on your trip I will ask theses general questions. Phone call will be sceduled based on availability.

Consult and booking includes all the above and also moving foward forward with booking my Services and planning. The consultataion only covers 1 quote. Booking includes coordination and planning and organizing and finalizing your entire trip.

Our individual consulatations allow you to select only the services you need. Each item is individually priced, and coverage applies only to the specific services you choose. This is just the consulting price.
